The pile driving equipment is a complete set of specialized steel structures and machinery used for precisely sinking steel pipe piles, steel sheet piles, and composite piles to the designated depth in the seabed. It includes specialized steel structure fixtures and supporting machinery for positioning, guidance, clamping, hammering, buffering, and adjustment, etc. It is the core supporting system that ensures the accuracy, safety and efficiency of offshore pile foundation construction.
Application scenario
1. All types of offshore pile driving operations, covering single wind turbine piles, jacket piles, and steel pipe piles for oil and gas platforms;
2. Large-scale pile driving construction in different sea conditions in the nearshore and deep-sea areas, suitable for complex conditions such as wind, waves, and ocean currents;
3. Heavy-duty pile driving for large-diameter, thick-walled SAW steel piles (diameter 508 - 3500mm);
4. High-precision construction projects, correcting the verticality of the pile body and controlling the deviation of the pile position;
5. Pile foundation projects combining land and water, such as those in ports, waterways, and coastal cofferdams.
Main Structure
The main structure is based on high-strength steel. The core components include: offshore guiding frame, pile body clamping tooling, hydraulic/hammering pile foundation base, limit and buffer steel structure, leveling and calibration support, hoisting and positioning support, pile cap buffer structure. The overall structure has the characteristics of impact resistance, fatigue resistance, and seawater corrosion resistance. It can be matched with mainstream pile driving equipment such as large hydraulic hammers and vibrating hammers. All steel components are connected by welding and bolts, which facilitates on-site disassembly, transportation, and reuse at sea.
