Foundation Reinforcement Systems

The foundation reinforcement system is a specialized structure and technology system for strengthening, preventing seepage, resisting fatigue, and preventing erosion of existing offshore pile foundations and newly constructed foundations. It achieves this through methods such as steel structure reinforcement, grouting reinforcement, anti-corrosion protection, and anti-erosion structures, thereby enhancing the overall bearing capacity, stability, and durability of the foundation. It is divided into three categories: structural reinforcement, material reinforcement, and protective reinforcement.

Application scenario

1. Reinforcement, repair and extension renovation of old offshore wind power platforms and oil and gas platform piles;

2. Anti-sedimentation and anti-collapse protection for pile foundations in severely eroded areas underwater;

3. Reinforcement and correction works after exceeding the deviation standards during pile foundation construction;

4. Anti-corrosion and structural strengthening of pile foundations in high-corrosion sea areas (high chloride ion, low-temperature sea areas);

5. Post-construction reinforcement and stress optimization for composite piles and grouting connection nodes.

Main structure

Core components: Outwardly applied reinforced steel sleeve, annular grouting reinforcement layer, anti-erosion protection baffle, anode anti-corrosion reinforcement support, stress reinforcement rib plate, node shear reinforcement component; High-strength cement-based grouting material is injected into the gap between the steel sleeve and the original pile foundation to form a composite reinforcement layer; External installation of a diversion baffle is carried out to resist sea current erosion, and sacrificial anodes and anti-corrosion coatings are used to construct a multi-layer protection system; All reinforced steel structures and the original pile body are connected by full penetration welding or high-strength bolts to ensure coordinated force transmission.
