Modular Structures

The modular structure is the mainstream construction mode for offshore engineering. Its core lies in disassembling the upper facilities of the offshore platform (Topside) into multiple independent functional and structurally standardized single modules. All these modules are prefabricated, assembled, and debugged in a land-based factory, and then transported to the project area by sea. The entire platform is erected through offshore hoisting and integration methods, and it is widely applicable to various fixed and floating offshore platform construction projects.

Jacket Structures

The Jacket Structure is a typical fixed-type offshore platform space truss structure. It is formed by assembling various steel pipe components through welding nodes. The structure is fixed to the seabed foundation by the leg piles and can stably bear various production, living, and drilling equipment modules on the upper part. It is the mainstream foundation form for oil and gas and offshore wind power projects in shallow water and medium-deep water areas.

FPSO/FSO Hull Structures

FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) refers to a comprehensive offshore floating facility that integrates oil and gas production, processing, storage and offloading. The equipment can complete preliminary purification and separation processes for the crude oil produced by oil wells, store the qualified crude oil in the ship's cabin, and then complete regular offloading operations through shuttle oil tankers. It is the core main equipment for offshore oil and gas development.

Floating Platform Systems

Floating platforms are the core equipment for deep-sea offshore oil and gas development, capable of adapting to various complex offshore operation scenarios. They are widely used in deep-water oil and gas fields with water depths exceeding 300 meters for economic exploitation of marginal oil and gas fields. They can also rely on existing offshore facilities to achieve the economic production of offshore oil and gas fields. At the same time, they can serve as early production systems for oil fields, meeting the requirements of rapid commissioning and rapid capacity realization during the exploration stage. They can also be transformed into offshore natural gas liquefaction platforms to complete the purification, treatment, and liquefaction processing of offshore natural gas.

Grouted Connections

Grouting connection is the core connection technology for offshore wind power foundations. By injecting high-strength grouting material into the annular gaps between the foundation pile and the transition section, as well as between the casing and the main leg, combined with the steel structure anchoring structure, a rigid composite connection node is formed. This achieves the core functions of load transmission, structural fixation, and vibration and seepage prevention.

Pile Driving Systems

The offshore wind turbine pile driving system is a complete set of steel structure supporting systems specially designed for offshore pile foundation construction. It includes steel structure components such as pile body guidance, positioning, clamping, buffering, and limiting, which are used to assist in the precise pile driving of wind turbines, correct the verticality of the pile body, and ensure the accuracy and safety of underwater pile foundation construction.

Transition Pieces

The transition piece is a critical structural component that connects the wind turbine foundation (monopile/jacket) to the turbine tower. As a precision-matched load-bearing element, it primarily compensates for foundation construction deviations, transfers loads from the upper structure, and ensures accurate tower installation as well as overall structural verticality and stability.

Jacket Foundations

The offshore wind turbine jacket foundation is a multi-pile space truss-type steel structure foundation. It is formed by welding the main legs, braces and nodes together. It is fixed to the seabed through submarine pile foundations and supports the wind turbine tower and equipment at the top. It is specially designed for offshore wind power projects in medium and deep waters, in complex sea conditions and with complex geological conditions. It has a large overall stiffness and strong load-bearing capacity.

Foundation Reinforcement Systems

The foundation reinforcement system is a specialized structure and technology system for strengthening, preventing seepage, resisting fatigue, and preventing erosion of existing offshore pile foundations and newly constructed foundations. It achieves this through methods such as steel structure reinforcement, grouting reinforcement, anti-corrosion protection, and anti-erosion structures, thereby enhancing the overall bearing capacity, stability, and durability of the foundation. It is divided into three categories: structural reinforcement, material reinforcement, and protective reinforcement.

Pile Driving Equipment

The pile driving equipment is a complete set of specialized steel structures and machinery used for precisely sinking steel pipe piles, steel sheet piles, and composite piles to the designated depth in the seabed. It includes specialized steel structure fixtures and supporting machinery for positioning, guidance, clamping, hammering, buffering, and adjustment, etc. It is the core supporting system that ensures the accuracy, safety and efficiency of offshore pile foundation construction.

Combined Pile Systems

The combined pile system is a composite foundation structure formed by combining two or more types of pile foundation components such as steel pipe piles and steel plate piles, and concrete piles. By leveraging the structural advantages of different pile types, it compensates for the shortcomings of single pile types in terms of bearing capacity, lateral resistance, and water sealing performance. It is an optimized pile foundation solution for complex marine geology and extreme load conditions. It includes an integrated structural system consisting of pile body combination, connection nodes, and filling reinforcement.

Sheet Piles

Steel sheet piles are plate-shaped steel components with special locking grooves. A single pile can be interlocked and spliced through the locking grooves to form a continuous and sealed retaining and water-blocking wall. They are divided into two types: hot-rolled and cold-formed. They have both temporary support and permanent structure functions and are widely used in scenarios such as anti-seepage, cofferdam construction, and foundation pit support in marine and coastal engineering.

Pipeline Installation Support

The pipeline installation support system is a comprehensive term for a set of steel structures and supporting equipment for the installation of offshore pipelines, risers, hoisting, positioning, monitoring, and protection. It includes installation fixtures, positioning supports, underwater monitoring equipment, and temporary protective structures, providing precision control, safety protection, and attitude stability guarantees for the entire process of offshore pipeline transportation, launching, laying, and connection.

Corrosion Protection Coatings

The pipeline anti-corrosion coating system is a multi-layer composite protection system specially designed for steel pipelines, risers and related components. Through a combination of external wall anti-corrosion, inner wall anti-corrosion, and special joint protection measures, it resists marine corrosion caused by seawater salt fog, immersion, erosion, and microbial attack. At the same time, some of the coatings also have functions of weight compensation, insulation, and wear resistance, ensuring the safe operation of the pipeline throughout its entire life cycle.

LSAW Steel Pipes

LSAW straight seam submerged arc welded steel pipe is a large-diameter welded steel pipe made from wide and thick steel plates through JCOE/UOE cold bending and double-sided submerged arc welding processes. It features a large pipe diameter, a wide range of wall thicknesses, high structural strength, and excellent dimensional accuracy. It is the core main material for offshore pipelines, pile foundations, risers, and platform structures, and is widely used in marine engineering fields with high pressure and high reliability requirements.

Riser Systems

The riser system is a vertical pipeline assembly that connects the submarine pipeline with the surface platform/floating facility. It builds a fluid transportation channel between the seabed and the surface, and is divided into two categories: rigid risers and flexible risers. It integrates components such as the pipeline body, connection nodes, tensioning devices, and support structures, and is an indispensable key equipment for floating platforms and fixed platforms.
